Dr. Taylor took my concerns very seriously and spent a lot of time fixing my problem. It is wonderful to have a dentist I trust and can rely on to care for my teeth. The staff was quick to call and offer me an earlier appointment when they had a cancellation.

I felt very comfortable while being there. The only thing I feel could be improved is to make sure everyone is on the same page. I was told one price and charged a different. That was a little upsetting. However, overall it was a pleasant experience.

Went into visit Dr. Willis for a tooth that had broke, after looking at it he recommended to crown the tooth then offered placing a bridge instead to fill the space in front of it,the process was explained so clearly by Dr. Willis, his assistant and even the front desk ladies explaining my insurance coverage for each procedure. I agreed to the bridge and Dr. Willis along with his staff worked through their lunch to finish my procedure so I wouldn't have to come back for multiple appointments.
