I called Jeff to repair our washing machine when our hometown dealer refused. Best phone call I have ever made. Jeff first tried to give me tips over the phone to have me potentially fix it myself. When that didn't work, he was there that same day and had me up and running within minutes. Tremendous service with great response time.
