My wife canceled two days prior to her appt and she was not told that the deposit was non-refundable. Either way, out of courtesy, Ms. Birdie could have at least given back half the money. I'm sure she was able to find a replacement. People are just too money hungry in this world. My wife and are taking care of both our Mother's and one has serious health issues right now.
