Ruth was an amazing server!
Our server Hermela was excellent! The airport terminal is horrendous! The alarm whistle was loud and nearly continuous. I will avoid flying on American Airlines out of LAX in the future. Despite the noise, Hermela was very kind, patient, and professional.
