I had no hot water in my house at all and I was stuck with cold showers so I had to call them because it was ridiculous to keep it up and I have kids. I was able to call them they came same day and understood that the reason it wasn’t good because our old water heater tank was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. They told us and we went on with the work and they replaced it. Soon after my water came back to normal and I had running hot water. Thank you for this
