Horrible customer service. I called them last afternoon. I'm not informed much about braids so they were getting frustrated with me over the phone for not knowing the difference between a feed-in and whatever the other option was. They said my 3A-3B hair wasn't textured enough and too long to work with even though my natural hair is just below my shoulders when curly and waist length when straightened. Tracy has consistently demonstrated behavior that creates an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment for both staff and clients. Her approach is often loud, dismissive, and marked by a lack of professionalism.
