I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I booked a full leg wax, and it turned out to be one of the most painful treatments I’ve ever had. Despite the beautician claiming to have 25 years of experience, the results were poor — I had to point out visible hair that she claimed not to see, blaming it on my hair type instead. Would avoid at all costs. The owner/ manager charged me extra money for waxing saying I had 'full' growth for my legs. By that logic, there was very less hair on my arms so she should have given me a discount. When I asked her does she charge differently for waxing if people have different kinds of hair, she said that she charges 55 dollars only for waxing. Her rate card says 50 dollars.
