I have been a client for well over a decade… I’ve had almost every service done. From my natural hair, to extensions. Even my daughter gets her hair done at Crowned. True care goes into every appointment! 10/10
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Crownd by Glam salon, and I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can avoid going through the same. I responded to what the owner advertised as a “model call” opportunity — meaning I would receive hair extensions in exchange for creating social media content, and the install service would be complimentary. I have been a loyal client of Crowned by Glam for the past four appointments, spending nearly $2,000 on extensions and always tipping generously. I've even recommended her to friends and family, which is how my sister ended up going there as a model. Unfortunately, she's now extremely disappointed because the hair has fallen out completely after just a short time, and despite paying $300 for the extensions, she's been told there will be no refund.
