Six month update. Crowne Village at Swift Creek is a wonderful place to live. Management and maintenance are quick to address the needs and concerns of residents. At all times. the grounds, gym, and pool are well maintained. My only complaint would be the thin floors as you can hear your neighbors above. But don't allow this to stop you from renting, request an apartment on the 3rd floor if possible. Overall, it is a great, safe, and convenient place to live.
Great floor plan selection, friendly office staff, quick, friendly, capable response to occasional maintenance requests.
I lived in Crowne Village for two years and I cannot say enough good things! Both office and maintenance staff are friendly and approachable. Work orders handled quickly. The outside landscaping is kept up with making it a beautiful place to live! Quiet, lots of natural light, lots of storage for an apartment and safe! I knew I would have a carpet replacement fee due to tears/rips from a dog and the apartment was very reasonable with its charges.. not trying to over charge! Beautiful, spacious apartment in a very well-maintained community. Friendly office staff, nice landscaping, and quiet area close to Hull St. shopping. Kitchen is a bit small, and refrigerator is not full-size - my only disappointment after 7 months.
