Verified Renter Master bedroom roof is so high and having only one vent, due to which my room is hot. Overall it is nice house, having all facilities and all are working. it is just my recommendation that white light should be put on instead of yellow lights

Verified Renter I have enjoyed my time living at Crowne Polo. The area is wooded and surrounded by a beautiful walking neighborhood. The employees are very nice. This is definitely a complex primarily for students due to the proximity to Wake, but there are some families and YPs. I wish there were more amenities / common spaces (ping pong table, games, etc).

Verified Renter Great staff and maintenance team. Everyone is always responsive and friendly. Amenities are plentiful and the location is great. Only issue is there is no left turn to get into the complex.

Upon arrival on move-in day, the unit was in perfect condition and was even nicer than anticipated. We are very happy to be living here and hope to re-lease our unit at the end of our lease term!
