I had a colonoscopy today and let me just say from the time I walked in to register with the receptionist everyone was super professional, caring and just plain nice. Once I made it to the back Dana, Brandi and Gabrielle were truly truly awesome. They were thorough in explaining the procedure and just all around great. When in the room to perform the procedure Dr. DeGayner’s bedside manner was top tier not to mention she was absolutely beautiful. Completely incompetent office staff!!! And I do not say this lightly!!! I had my colonoscopy and endoscopy this past late summer early fall and it’s January and they are still sending surprise bills. Everytime I call one office either doctor or surgery center they say I don’t owe anything. I have also paid the same bills multiple times it seems and getting more. Everytime I say do I owe you anymore they say no or I don’t know. But apparently those offices do not communicate with the billing department at all. At this point b... read more
I was going to consider this clinic, but after seeing they’ve hired Dr Erica DeGaynor. I’d rather eat glass than ever go there! Dr DeGaynor is an awful person! She’s rude and snippy with her patient. She is not going to be good for this clinic’s reputation.
