Front desk Rep was unkind & unfriendly at night check in. Room was ok. I slept a bit & left.
Crowne Plaza South remains one of the best venue partners in the South Hills! Patty, Ellen & the team is prompt, detail-oriented, and wonderful to work alongside. Our couples are always pleased with their service, accommodations, and overall experience. Highly recommended for weddings and events of all kinds!
No indoor pool or breakfast. It was fine otherwise
Don’t have enough housekeeping and desk staff. Have to keep calling for fresh towels and someone to clean the room. In 5 days had it cleaned 1 time. Restaurant has no lunch. Rooms have barking dogs and people cooking heavy curry that doesn’t go away.
