Very dirty hotel and very outdated for the price. Room keys are horrible. Anything magnetic makes them not work. Got locked out of room several times. Nothing special about the breakfast and the lady asked at least 10 different times if we handed her our tickets. Kept interrupting our meal to ask. Would never stay here again.
First off the service from all the staff is wonderful from the front desk to the housekeeping. They all appreciate the visitors and guests and stride for you to have a pleasant experience. The front desk manager Umang was amazing with her communication and kind demeanor at handling guests concerns. Overall the employees here are trained well to assure a five star experience is had.
