RecommendedPhenomenal, the resort was amazing with phenomenal amenities and above and beyond service from the staff. 10/10 recommended will definitely be back.
I would not recommend this hotel due to how the General Manager treated me in the situation about my room. We reserved a room with two queen beds... I received a queen, and a pull out couch. We were there way earlier than most other people and they still could do do right of the situation. A gentleman that checked in right after me complained about the same issue and, she took care of it. I did not yell or scream, but I was irritated obviously. Recommendedamazing staff and great place to be
The staff at the holiday inn nearest universal is extremely unprofessional and do not care about the guests staying there. To start I attempted to call the location before we arrived to ask about shuttle service. It was 7pm at night on 9/7. No one answered the phone after three attempts to call. While at the hotel we came back to our room after spending the day at universal. The room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced. RecommendedVery disappointed! We have been coming to Orange Lake for years. This time, we paid the same amount of points and the pools closed at 8pm except the one large pool and that closed at 9pm. Come on- I realize Covid is here BUT other resorts and hotels have NORMAL pool hours. For the amount of money we pay to have this place I am very very disappointed.
They charged me TWICE for a room I canceled and have email confirmation that I canceled. Stay away from this hotel.
