Gladys at the front desk was amazing... super friendly kind helpful Shuttle driver also nice I only spent a few hrs here , just stayed bc flying out early but it was a pleasant one. Id stay again!
Scam scam scam : do not booked this hotel . One of worse experiences we have in my entire holiday trip to USA , we been to several hotel but crown plaza I will not recommend to any one , we booked hotel because it was near to airport and had swimming pool and we paid for breakfast, but when we have went to reception one of Spanish lady was rude and we have stayed 2 child and 2 adult and she told us that you have paid breakfast for 2 only that was unprofessional, second parking was showing free by third party website when we ... read more
