Nice hotel, room is outdated and dingy not worth the money at all. Furthermore when you consider the fact that you are spending $100+ for a night you may think it’s worth the money. It is not. The breakfast is not cooked and not good, instead they serve to go options. The pool was filthy and the hot tub was shut down. I would urge everyone to not book here.
The service is trouble I was calling yesterday to get help and the lady was rude keep putting me on hold and even laughed at me when I was asking her about the incidentals she said they only take bank cards for the incidentals which is ridiculous and I haven't heard that before So I was trying to call again to talk to the manager to see what could be done.Because already paid for my reservation.But she kept on putting me on hold and refuse to talk to me again.This is very unprofessional.If they can't even handle phone suppor... read more
Arrived at 342 pm to check in to a kitchen no suite on Saturday July 26th and was told the room was not completely clean yet. At 4 was informed the room was ready. Usually, I go out n and inspect the room but I went in dropped my things and went to a party. Later around 1030 I came back and went right to the bathroom and right away noticed something disgusting on the towel on the shelf. It was clearly poop.
