We came for a girl's weekend 12/6 and planned to hang out at hotel. Very disappointing stay. Probably won't be back.
Not only worn but also not clean. We have a whole team staying for a volleyball tournament. Arrived to “pool not available due to maintenance” sign on the front desk. The room has old worn furniture, even the curtains and desk chair are physically worn and torn. Keurig looks newer but does not work. Mold/mildew is all over the bathroom. It’s just not well taken care of in any aspect or cleaned well. The front desk is very uninterested in offering anything helpful or useful. Very unfortunate choice for our weekend stay.
I would give this zero stars if I could. While I wish this was personal, this review is business related. The rooms are not as advertised. The "suite" we were rented had bugs in the room. The bed and shower were not what was on the image on the website. Not even close. It was so bad that I had to leave and get another hotel 25 minutes away. Giving an extra star purely for the location. Stayed here because it was close to Froedtert. Rooms are modern, but beat up. Shower had one temperature…scolding hot…we weren’t able to shower before having to leave for the hospital. Asked the manager to move rooms after I got back from the hospital, and while he let us, he had a major attitude about it, telling me it was my problem we didn’t have more time to switch rooms before we had to leave.
