Hotel Ponchartrain is one of the worst hotels in downtown De – 2 star
Worst Management – Very poor attention to guest. Management can never be reached when issues arise. This hotel should of never been remodeled the charm it had is gone. If its not broke don't try to fix it the management should of been remodeled. I really wanted my money but of coarse there was no one to talk to. What a waste
