The room was extremely clean and everything was paid out professionally. The employees were very helpful and accomadating towards requests and information. The bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. The room itself is very outdated with no smart TV functionality and a low quality old bulky flat screen with a spotty remote. Overall, if you want a nice hotel and don't prioritize newer electronics and amenities this is an amazing spot!
The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. I waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle. The staff at the hotel itself was great.
Staff we friendly and helpful
The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I've been to this hotel many times for work over the last 2 years and they provide great customer service. Vi is exceptional at the front desk. No matter how long it's been since we've seen each other, she remembers my name. I've tried to poach her for my employer but no luck.
