Spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quite noisy outside from traffic.
I have addressed issues with the asst General Manager. This is a older hotel in need of a major renovation. Rooms were dirty and lacked professionalism. Not what you expect from a Crowne Plaza. If the asst. General Manager had not been so interested in wanting to make the hotel better. This would be only one star. I never got a response from the hotel!

Rooms have been maintained, but you will hear every footstep from the room above you. Two other guests staying in other rooms made the same observation. Service from the staff is excellent. The airport shuttle is on time and on schedule.
