This is by far the worst place I have lived in! Property manager (Victoria Samson) and staff are rude, disrespectful and useless! Crowne Apartments are money driven and that’s all they care about is a paycheck! No one is ever in the office, doors are always locked! No one ever answers phone calls or emails! You have to send 15 emails and call 10x before you get a response! I have dealt with a sewage smell for 6 months, broken AC unit (while 95 degrees outside) for a whole weekend! RecommendedWe're new and the move was so seamless. The officer staff was very helpful and friendly. No problems! And this place is very quiet. I would recommended in a heartbeat.
Apartments are well insulated, we never hear our neighbors! Great location, office staff is awesome, elevators are a plus! We love living here!

We’ve been at Crowne a little over a year now. The location on Johns Island is great and we’re thrilled about the shops/restaurants being built in front of the community. The community is very dog-friendly and our pups LOVE getting to say hello to the ladies in the office - especially Katie L. - who not only greets my sweet (but very hyper) puppy with smiles and lots of playing - but also goes out of her way to help my husband and I anytime we need anything - even when she’s off the clock - which not only speaks volumes abou... read more
Awesome lease management staff! we love loving on John's island and it's in a great location.
After 5 months of exorbitant water bills ( up to $100 , which I paid because they didn’t actually send a bill , they sent delinquent notices with $5 late charges ) and arguing with the office manager almost daily that there was no way I was using 8500 gallons of water per month AND arguing with a lady in Tennessee, where the bill comes from, they thought MAYBE my meter was defective and switched it out.
