Last summer, we contracted Crown Wheele Mechanical to install a pad for our Generac. In addition, they performed the yearly maintenance on the Generac and AC unit. They did a good job, so we decided to us them for the HVAC yearly checks. On 11/30/23 they performed the yearly maintenance on the furnace. We paid Crowne Wheele over $45000 to repair and replace our geiothetnsk system. They flooded our lower level twice, leaving damaged floors and drywall. No responsibility or apology made. We were left to clean up the mess. We still have no heat and have mold in our lower level. We have Nipsco. Bills for 2 months that are $2500! Nipsco engineers said our geothermal was not installed correctly and is pulling enough electrical to light up adubduvidion! Crowne Wheele has been servicing our Generac generator for years, and they have always done good work. I am looking forward to seeing Dave on Tuesday morning for the annual tune-up.
