Josh was amazing...personable, no pressure...and he sold us an excellent car! Free Seirus XM for 3 mo and replaced our car key batteries after we bought the car. Julio the finance manager was friendly, easy to talk to, and found us a great rate on our loan, as well as the extended warranty.

Huge RED FLAGS! Called back asked what car I was interested in and asked for a my name. Which they already had from my inquiry. He then said he had 3 other people with the same name looking at this car and I need to act fast. HUGE REDS FLAGS!!!!!!! I will never look at anything they sell again.

We do apologize for the confusion. We received multiple inquiries on the vehicles and when we called we may had stated that we had3 other people looking at the same vehicle , not 3 people with the same name. Again we do apologize for the confusion.
Cars great, management seemed fine, sales associate tried to use some sleazy tactics which isn't very cool at a reputable dealer like Volvo of Clearwater.
Salesmen real professional, but management not willing to work with you on price.
Volvo of Clearwater contacted us immediately. We visited the dealership and bought the car. The staff was professional. They made our buying experience easy and even enjoyable.
High price not willing to negotiate.
Sales manager was great, did not over sell. the sales person himself would not stop selling even after we committed to buy but the process as a whole was very favorable
