A year ago when I first picked up the vehicle, I was very satisfied with the service from sales consultants Xiao Cai and Ren, and specifically left a five-star review. If I could give zero stars for the parts department, I would. The staff member was rude and made the entire experience unnecessarily frustrating. I am definitely not returning for any future car needs. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
