Excellent quality food and service. Also had large order delivered for Superbowl, everyone loved it!!
I definitely don't recommend. If it were possible they would get zero stars. I've given this place many opportunities over the years and all they seem to do is get progressively worse. There were only 3 tables and it took at least 10 minutes to come take our drink order then like another 10 to 15 to come by to tell me they were not only out of what I ordered but the other possible substitute as well. They seem to have that problem a lot of being out of stuff and being clueless about it. Then it took like 10 more minutes to g... read more

I don't know how my family and I never discovered Jax's until tonight. We stopped in for dinner and we were able to dine in the indoor theater room toward the back of the restaurant. We ordered the French fry appetizer that was topped with bacon and a drizzle of ranch (and was SO GOOD). We also got the pierogies and my kids (7 and 9) ordered from the kids menu. So cute inside! Especially for Christmas season. Food was good. Specialty burgers. The "gizmo fries" are great! We ate in the movie area & enjoyed it very much.
