This Dentist is HORRIBLE! They lied about the billing and insurance coverage to us then stuck us with a HUGE BILL! We reached out about it and they never would contact us back. We notified them we are leaving them and to cancel all our appointments. Then a few days later they sent us a letter filled with LIES saying they were letting us go! DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST DENTIST!!!
RecommendedI have anxiety super bad and the dentist freaks me out. I have been to several different places and most of them have been rude to me and even called me names. A different dentist told me to come here. They all are so friendly and sweet. They never make me feel bad about being scared! I drive two hours just to see them! They have made my dental experience so much better. I can’t thank them enough! ❤️
Dr. Cohen and staff have been great. Our daughter was seen for an initial consultant, but unfortunately we are unable to continue to see him do to them using ASA, Advanced Specialty Anesthesia. He will not be able to fix our daughters tooth do to an Anesthesia place making that decision for him. ASA does not support or understand how Tricare Insurance works, even when their out of network. very friendly staff. my kids actually don't throw a fit about going to the dentist anymore.
My daughter had her first dentist with Crown Town Dental and it by far was one of the most pleasant experiences we've ever had.

I've had a lot of dental work done all my life and have been to many dentists in my life. Dr. Seth Cohen is the best dentist I've ever had. He really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to help ensure that they are comfortable and happy with any dental work. Dr. Cohen is very knowledgeable and recommends the best options for any issues. My husband is claustrophobic and has anxiety going to the dentist. Pleasant staff and stellar work. I accidentally showed up two hours early and they made it work anyway. Definitely the only dentist I'll be going to for the foreseeable future.
