Beautiful apartments, big and spacious, gym, pool, sauna, great location. Even the neighbours are fantastic, very nice, welcoming, and quiet. I work midnights and this building gets loud. Apartment Reno’s 9-5 weekly, doors slamming (not door stops at all), water shut offs every 2 weeks for whole days 9-5, or elevator maintenance. Just a warning to those interested on moving in with whacky schedules, if you’re planning on sleeping during the day, best of luck.

A residential apartment building with all basic amenities. Nearest bus stop is 2 mins walk from the building and if you can walk further you will be able to catch the bus connections to Brock University and St. Catharines downtown. A peaceful residential building with welcoming residents.
