I hired Crown & Shield to clean up a crawling space in my house that was infested with mice. They cleaned the space, replaced insulation, ground covers and sealed with concrete wall openings. Aurora was very responsive and patient during the whole process. Christopher was very professional and punctual. Very happy with their work. Highly recommend the team. No hazle, very transparent and straight forward process. Also a family owned and run business!!

Chris from Crown & Shield treated my front porch quickly and efficiently today. Chris was very professional and cordial. I also had a very nice experience with Aurora in their office who scheduled me right away.
I’ve used Crown for about 3 years. When a recent application didn’t fix the problem, they were happy to return quickly at no charge. The second application fixed my serious ant infestation in every room of my house.
