I called the office yesterday requesting a visit. I was scheduled for the next morning. The receptionist was spot on. Victor serviced my home with professionalism, friendliness, pride, and thorough care. I have decided to sign up with the monthly service. Before choosing Crown and Shield I used two other companies, both out of Santa Rosa. One promised return visits and then never showed, multiple times. The other one, a very big company (W.E.), said they'd use multiple products, but didn't. And when the product they did use didn't work, they said it was because my gophers were just stubborn. Really?
