We set an appointment which was confirmed the day of the apt. Then no one ever showed up. I called several times and their was voicemail available from then on even tho it had worked originally. I felt avoided. It’s Ben a couple weeks and they have never contacted me to explain or reschedule. Very unprofessional.
We have been on service with them for over 10 years. They always give a courtesy call before coming to the house. The price seems competitive and fair. The best part is the ants and rodents do not make it into our house, even with weather changes and all the construction going on nearby.
The older man is a terrible driver, got in a rpaf rage and almost caused an accident on purpose and flipped me off on freeway just because I switched the lane in front of him...
