I called needing a corrective cut (had gotten a bad cut from a different salon earlier in the day). Anne Marie was so kind to have me come in right away to get a look and Anjel corrected my cut. She did such a wonderful job! I felt 10x lighter walking out. Thank you guys for everything! Will be coming back regularly.

They ruined my hair a month before my wedding. I went in as a first time customer asking for them to bleach the growth I had in preparation for my wedding. I usually go to salons to do my bleach, because I am afraid to burn my own hair off, and then I add the color myself at home. I wish I had just let it be, because now my hair is falling out in clumps. I went to a different hair salon for an eyebrow wax and a cut/style. They didn’t do any styling to my hair and my eyebrows looked terrible. I went back in and asked for my brows to be fixed, and they still looked terrible after. On my way home I was upset as I drove by Crown. I will never let another salon touch my hair again. I became extremely sick and ended up in the ER. During that time, I kept my hair in a bun because I barely had the energy to take care of myself. When I finally took it down, my hair was severely matted. I went to another salon first and was told I would have to shave my head. I called Crown Salon after hours in tears and left a voicemail.
