First of all the staff are so rude. I went there 3/21, The staff multitask and even when there are so many people waiting to get there nails done they still answer there phone when they are doing someone’s nails. When they file your nails they go too short, they go really aggressive on nails. When I was picking out my color the girl tapped aggressively asking if I want gel. Crown Royal Lounge 2 used to be the best spa, but today I was disappointed. The ladies worked hard but the spa ambience is gone. The once relaxing atmosphere is no more. An older male reeking of cigarettes sat in the middle of the place listening to a foreign language broadcast on his phone quite loudly. The soft calming spa music was missing.
