Never stepping in this place again. I left with wet feet because these people ignored me. I sat with my feet in the water for nearly 10 minutes with no one around. I finally got up and walked out. I'm si glad i didn't bring my mother here. She's looking for a place to go, and it will not be this place. This place is next door to the Starbucks.
Never again going to this place, first and last time!!! I have a wide thumb and they make it seem like it’s something out of this world the guy doing my nails says one word in their language all the workers turn to look at me!!! Then he wanted to put two nails on my thumb really, I have gotten my nails done for the past 30 years and had never had some put two nails on my thumb. Two nails broke the day after.
Bought my fiancee a gift card for here on Mothers day, one month later they told her it was no good and she has to pay AFTER the nails were done yesterday. Response: Why would there not be a sign or a way of informing customers that gift cards would all of a sudden, 1 month later; not be honored. The point was for her not to spend the 80 dollars in the first place. Not just be referenced somewhere else after this place just scammed her out of it.
I had a very good experience today 5/30. I received a simple pedicure ($35.00). This is what I came in for. "Tony" greeted me with a hello & good morning. He did a very good job and was efficient. This location became very busy, qickly. I arrived at 9:15 as a walk in. I noticed Tony greeted every customer with a hello. They have alot of employees so no waiting. Note this location does NOT accept Royal Crown gift cards. This location is called Nova Nails Bar and is not part of Royal Crown.
Waited an hour and they kept moving me around to feel like I was I was next … went to another shop and got right in .. they were not that busy .. understaffed
