Amazing nail studio in Mission Viejo! I came from out of town for a wedding and had a broken nail, but the salon was very gracious in accepting a walk in and fixed it within 5 minutes. Ben was very friendly and hospitable, and I really appreciate their service. They really turned my entire day around!!! I will come here next time I’m in town for a full set!
I asked for a classic pedicure, no gel, regular polish. I had to leave right before he could apply the polish, ( he did a great job) the lady manager charged me the full price, no deduction for no polish, which is, I would imagine worth at least $10. I stated my case kindly, but she mumbled some sort of incomprehensible remark, and would not see the logic of deducting a few bucks, or even offering to paint them if I came back later.
