I recently had surgery two weeks ago and it’s still kinda difficult to move my arms in certain ways but Ben was absolutely amazing! He accommodated me by propping my arms up with extra pillows and went above and beyond with his customer service. And my nails are perfect! My pedicure was great too, and the salon was very clean. Will definitely come back here!

Nikki is the best!! I’m very picky about my nail shape and thickness when it comes to dip or any type of acrylic and Nikki does an amazing job every time!

I posted a photo of the terrible job they did on my nails. It had a bunch of chips the next day. The service was rushed and sloppy. It was such poor quality for the price that I paid. They responded saying they were unsure if I got my nails done there and how I could come back and they will re-do them for free and their service is never rushed, they take their time. This place is clean but I wouldn't be back. The service is very rushed and the techs are not gentle. The price is expensive considering the poor quality. It seems like their business manager doesn't know what accountability is, they argued that the service was not rushed and they take their time. If they took their time, my nails wouldn't be chipping off the next day, nor would my cuticles hurt and have to heal now.
