They don’t open at the time it says they do. One time they arrived 2 hours after they were suppose to open.
I am so disappointed in the direction this salon has gone. I have been coming here every 2 weeks for 5 years, 5 years! Never really had any issues, occasionally I wasn’t thrilled with the quality of nails I got but nothing awful. No issues with wait times. My impression of this place has totally shifted and I will not be giving them my business anymore. Horrible customer service!!! Don’t have enough staff and turns customers away. Never the same nail tech there because they all eventually quit or don’t show up, so you can’t go to the same person again if you like them. Never going back again!!! Don’t waste your time, anywhere else would be better.
The nail tech was very patient and sweet with the high-energy 8-year-old I brought. There seemed to be a leak though so it was kind of a mess, especially around the pedi stations where my 18-yr-old was getting a pedicure. And they kept bouncing the 8 year old from one side of the salon to the other before she was finally able to sit and get her nails painted.
One broke the next day. They repaired it for free but then another 2 broke the day after
