We were digging two 40 foot downspouts through big rocks and medium sized tree roots. First we rented from Home Depot. The workers renting us the equipment were young, maybe high school kids that were happy to help but didn't know how the machines ran. They also didn't have a way to get us the machine we wanted because we didn't bring our own ramp to get the machine into the bed of the truck. Rented a sod cutter for 2 hours for $80. As I began using it, it kept pulling to one side making the job far more difficult than it should have been. With closer inspection I found the roller tread on the right side hidden under the machine was destroyed and bald. Upon return I informed the employee who simply stated "yea, nothing I can do about it". Very professional.
Rented chairs. Ordered a couple of weeks ahead. Chairs were ready and service was good
