I cannot begin to state my frustration and disappointment with Crown. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when talking with their sales team massive mistake. Items arrived damaged and late. Was unable to give me any timeframes with poor communication throughout. Crown stated they would come, pack my items carefully and send them hassle free. Used these guys more then 4 years ago to relocate from Sydney to Singapore. And even now I still regret it. I was quoted a certain price for a certain amount of boxes to be shipped. When the packing team came, they used significantly less boxes then anticipated. Had I been told this I would have added more items to be shipped. Instead the packing team gave me little to no information on whats happens with the excess.
