*the worst company* Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I rented my house out in good faith and they have treated me so badly it is beyond belief. They just pass the buck to Madecomfy (who are also useless) and the communication is just horrendous. The last straw was when they confirmed a booking for a 6 week stay and let them move in without taking any money from them. They then claimed as it was corporate, they couldn’t retrieve the money so as they hadn’t been paid, nor could I. I then had to spend weeks chasing pay... read more
I would like to thank Kelly Dryburgh from the property management team at Crown Realty, for her outstanding professionalism, knowledge and dedication to excellence in the area of managing my property. After difficult circumstances around a tenant she worked diligently to secure a positive outcome. I highly recommend Kelly and her team if you are looking for a property manager who actually cares about your property.
Not happy I intend to sue when I return to Australia.
would recommend if you want to list a short term rental chose another company that actually answers there phones and gives you a timely response
