Shitty company to rent from. Never fix anything, but constantly have vendors here fixing stuff. Hinders our life. You speak to multiple workers over the same thing because their inner communication is horrible and you have to constantly repeat yourself to someone new. 99.9% of their workers are extremely rude!! Go look at their real reviews on their other google profile! That will tell you the truth about this company I LOVED RENTING FROM THEM! Now, it feels like a completely different operation. Work orders take weeks or even months to get resolved, and there’s little sense of urgency, even when you are left without essentials like hot water. Last week a vendor didn’t even show up!
