Crown property does the bare minimum. Black mold with paint covering it. They still refuse to recycle. Even though it's a city code they are so cheap they would rather not recycle.
Crown Property Management withheld the entire amount of our security deposit when we moved out after 2 years of what I thought was a very positive experience, even sending a bill for $75 overage. There was an itemized list of estimated costs for everything, including $1500 to repaint what was normal "wear and tear" to the home. ⚠️ Warning: Untrustworthy Business Practices I was approved for a unit when this company suddenly informed me they no longer owned the property. I had already paid a $1,650 deposit, and they completely ghosted me afterward. When I went to their office to request copies of the paperwork I signed in order to get it to the new owner, they yelled at me and refused to provide anything.
