The women who runs the show let her son in the with a glass bottle after the pool was shut down for 2 weeks she does not live here and neither does her son she is abusing her job status for friends and family. Also the old pool boy use to be able to stay after hours with his friends. They have to like you in order to have these perks within feeling uncomfortable read the reviews it says it all.

As soon as we were notified of the glass bottle by the pool the person was asked to remove it and they did. The situation with the previous pool attendant was addressed and we mutually agreed he wasnt the right fit for the position. Thank you for your concerns.
Where to begin? First off, don't bother moving in unless you can schedule a tour, it looks like something out of a 1980's horror movie. The place hasn't been updated, not even the ** door handles that are in every room. Then they don't even clean it for you before you move in, ranging from the air filter to the top of appliances. Secondly, I cannot even begin to describe the amount of police activity that happens at this property, DAILY. I have been here for 5 years....each year it gets worse.....work orders not complete or half a** done...Amenities what a joke.....pool this year not opened til after the 4th of July.....last year vandalism to pool bathroom and grill...grill to date still not functional. Promises of security cameras being install and vandalism still not installed or addressed ************* doing less and less.....weeds overgrowth and pond a mess. Maintenance and management went against **** laws and continued to enter in my apartment without my permission. I will be following up with this. I dont feel comfortable at my own home where I pay rent.
Horrible communication amongst staff and management at Mission Hill apartments in *** **. I don't feel safe in this community or trust the honesty of the leasing agents/management. I have tried numerous times to have fees corrected and I just get the run around and have been hung up on by staff several times trying to resolve these issues. The Property Manager reached out to ****************** explaining what had happened and ****************** signed the corrected paperwork and reversed the *** fee and the late fee that was charged to his account. He left the property managers office happy with the outcome. All issues have been resolved.
I have had multiple work orders closed when they are not completed, the place was filthy when we moved in and I would have a full cannister every time I for weeks. I purchased a carpet cleaner and it took 4 rounds (every other day) through the apartment before the large chunks of dirt stopped cleaning. They took my money. Now I'm nervous they may try to keep my deposit. I don't trust this situation. Because of the application fee, I asked before I applied if a bankruptcy was going to be an issue. They said that a bankruptcy would not automatically disqualify you if you were released from the bankruptcy, which I am. I still have the on going meth lab on the other side of my interior wall as mentioned in my previous review in addition to the dead squirrels in the ceiling.The 2 "annual maintenance" visits that they've done is supposed to consist of changing the smoke alarm batteries, the furnace filter, and cleaning the bathroom exhaust fan. This company or at least the apartment complex i live in (************* Apts) in **** is full of broken promises and lies. From day 1 they used covid 19 mandates to take advantage of me and my family by not letting us come look at the apt we were wanting. Due to possible spreading of the Corona virus. They only could offer a virtual tour. Which wasn't our actual unit. Trusting them we moved forward and paid houndreds of dolllars for non refundable application fees.
