This was an awesome move , the office has been so helpful have concierge to help as well but the best thing was jetty it made my deposit of 280 . I would highly recommend this apt
Do not move here they are infested with roaches , mice , and the air conditioner was full of mold I worked at home everyday I heard mice in the kitchen and always had mice poop every where all they did was put sticky traps down for roaches and mice they did nothing but cleaned the air conditioner out !!
Pretty good for the price, neighbors mind their own business and water is usually hot, would be nice if there was a quarter machine in the laundry room though. Stays warm enough in the winter but the hill this place is on top of can be rough when it snows. All in all not a bad place to live, not top of the line but definitely worth what you pay for it
