I moved in on a Friday and had a few small issues come up. By chance, I emailed the property manager, Faith, not even expecting a response on a Saturday—but to my surprise, she responded right away! Faith was so caring and considerate, and even sent the emergency maintenance man, Ty, who was absolutely awesome. I shouldn't give them a one-point because they don't know what they doing in the office every time I put a work order in they don't do do nothing. there's roaches all over the place.who owns this place because if you have over100 townhomes they have to have over 10 maintenance people.
Constantly hanging up when I get a hold of them, terrible service with the maintenance, and the leasing staff doesn't do there job on removing me when I signed the paperwork. I had also doubled checked with them and they said it was on file when I left so I guess that was a lie and I'm still being charged rent
Moved out a year ago and they still have me on the list of being a tenant and now i have a law suit with them thats over 7 thousand dollar even though i filled out all the forms to move out and double checked when I Left
