Bri is super unprofessional I will be in on Monday, she said asking for a confirmation email and was told that was forgery! Signed my lease and was waiting for a link back that they never sent me, got charged 125$ extra and was told i Couldn’t get any type of proof stating this. Was hung up on at the end of my call! Anyone that treats and talks to anyone like that should not be in this business let alone talking to People on the phone super unprofessional! Do better!
The new flooring is so cheap when I move my table the floor tears apart.why don't they go back to the other floor they had.
Lived here for two years 2023-2025. I do not recommend with my whole heart that you move here. 2023 we put in the work orders after move in and it took them a year and a half to complete any of them; seems like a nice neighborhood at the beginning but gunshots consistently, fire trucks/ambulances at any hour, and random people coming up to your home late at night is unnerving. Kids around there will throw things at your pets, vehicles, yards and steal your packages no matter time of day or if you have a ring camera or two. M... read more
Trash hasn't been disposed in over a year and the cleanliness of the neighborhood has gone down tremendously since new ownership has taken over...
