This place needs to have a meeting in a class and retrain every worker inside the office they are not professional not one bit lack intelligence they are never answering the phone they take 2-hour lunch break from 12:00 until 2:00 can be sitting right in the office and do not answer your phone calls ever do not return your phone calls if they even check the voicemails they just suck all around the board they charge too much rent money for everything. Called office to put in a report about my hot water in bathroom tub not turning off, within 5 mins had knocking on door Ty and Ken came in and they immediately fix my problem Thank you.
