They don't return calls, they're rude when you finally get to speak to someone. And they don't follow through when you request maintenance. But they surely don't forget to send you the "pay the rent reminders" every month and days ahead of the due rent!!!
Horrible rental company. Crown Point is owned and ran by a bully. Likes to have its renters pay huge utility bills because they do horrible work when fixing critical items in the house. Jamie Grahm also likes to insult his renters and make there spouses feel dumb. They like to fix problems with WD 40. I would watch out when renting from a company like this.
Second time in two years because the first was that great of an experience. Compete polar opposite of the negative reviews I've read personally. Communication has always been #1. I consider Jamie to be a professional in his field and look forward to further transactions with Crown point realty. Thanks again for help !
