This place is wonderful! They have a amazing selection on glasses. The place is very clean and organized. Very fast on my glasses/contacts orders and I'm very satisfied with quality of the products. Dr.Alavanja is very knowledgeable and cares about patients.
Husband went in for an eye exam on Feb 22nd. Paid for the exam and HALF the cost of eye glasses. The lab broke the glasses and had other technical difficulties getting them to him in a timely manner. So he cancelled the glasses and asked for a refund on them. (it was over 2 weeks). We received a letter stating we were issued a refund and have been "patiently" waiting for that refund now for over 7 business days. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Crown Point Eye Care! Dr. Alavanja goes above and beyond to make sure your getting the best care possible. He answers all of your questions and really takes the time to make sure you understand everything about your check up and prescriptions. He and his staff couldn’t be nicer and more professional!
