Would TOTALLY leave 0 STARS if I could!!! I had an appointment at 6am this morning! I have been sitting in my car waiting for someone to show up since 6am! It is now 7:30am! I pre-paid, $150 on June 5th to have my daughter’s hair done today before we leave for our cruise in the morning! I received the confirmation email yesterday (attached) reminding me of the appointment! NO CALL! NO TEXT! NO EMAIL! AND NO RESPONSE to my messages!!
