I've been calling them all week and they have never picked up their phone!! was on hold for over 45 minutes and never picked up phone!! Need better people who pick up their phones!! better Drs too. waited over 2 hours for one little thing to be done!! Have better things to do than sit at Drs office for over 2 hours!! then make you wait for over 20 minutes in the room!!
Called and scheduled an appointment, gave my name and ENTIRE birthdate for a pap-smear and my appointment was made and accepted. My appointment day arrives and I show up at the doctors office and am seen by the doctor. Once in the office she asked why I am here, to which I reply I made an appointment for a pap-smear. The doctor then proceeds to tell me that I am too young for the appointment after the receptionist took my information and processed it knowing my age. I walk out of the office in 3 minutes. Where do I begin! I was very new to the area when my husband and I found out we were expecting, so you can quite imagine how overwhelmed I was trying to find a obgyn with all the drs/obgyn's there are. I had started bleeding early in my pregnancy and went to the ER to get checked.
