do NOT, i repeat DO NOT buy a car from Crown Nissan-Toyota in Decatur! only had my car for a year and it needs a whole new engine, it went back to the dealership 11 days after i bought it, resulting in me having a rental car for the weekend.. had it for exactly 30 days before the first engine light came on! theyve checked the car twice and even have in their notes what issues we needed them to look over, WHICH THEY SAID WERE FINE! come to find out when they read us the ‘carfax’ they failed to show us where all the work had b... read more
Unfortunately I can’t rate this dealership any lower! Family member bought a car and had issues from day one.. now told the engine either needs overhauled or replaced do to scoring in cylinder #2. Car was purchased back in June of last year and the same month it had to go back.. not everyone is made of money to fix these problems, nor is it their fault the cylinder was scored. Wouldn’t buy from here.
