I recently booked an appointment for a silk press and called to confirm. I was then informed that I could not get the silk press alone; I was required to book a more expensive "starter package" instead. While I respect a business's policies, I believe it's misleading to advertise a specific service like a silk press only to reveal a mandatory, higher-priced service package after booking. My daughter and I have been coming here for years. The staff, the ambiance, the music everything is perfect. The way they care about the overall health of your hair both my daughter and I hair has thrived. Added bonus they stay on time and on a schedule. I have gone to A LOT of natural hair studios all over the city and this place is my forever home

My experience has some good and not so good. i think your decision to visit this salon depends on your hair goals.
