This review is based on the customer service I experienced I booked a month in advance. Took work off and school for my daughter and travelled all the way from Windsor. I stayed with a family member for a few days to accommodate my travels for the appointment. Two days before my appointment I got a phone call from the receptionist stating I needed to pay my deposit prior to my appointment.
