Eric went over and beyond Helping me get into how much needed vehicle, Really polite and very knowledgeable about the process! I Recommend go into Crown motors to get a fantastic deal and excellent customer service!
This review is a positive one so read it all the way through. I stopped by Crown Motors to help my son find his first car. While looking at one of the cars we were met by Erik. He answered any questions we had about the car we were looking at and mentioned he had another car coming in the next day that we might be interested in. My husband and I were just recently moved to Alaska due to him being stationed here. I was desperate to get a vehicle the second i got here so i can start working and help my husband out, but i kept running into blocks everywhere. The price, my credit, the quality, just about everything. But this dealership was so very patient, helpful, and painless with helping me figure out ALL of those things within a matter of less than a week and they helped me take home my new car the second everything was accepted. I am 100% satisfied... read more
Great experience, I do not have the best credit and couldn’t get a deal done anywhere else, grateful that they were able to get me a deal done without perfect circumstances! Highly recommend for others in a similar situation
I had a great experience at Crown Motors. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. They were patient with my questions and didn’t pressure me at all, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. The whole visit went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Crown Motors to anyone looking for a good, honest car buying experience.
