Very unhappy the loan originator lied and promised i would get approved wasted my time and money with paperwork and application. I had over 20k to put down and that wasn’t enough for you guys smh

i am a essential employee at a hospital. i was told my hours would be cut so I reached out to Crown Mortgage who I have my mortgage with. ive been with them 6 years and never missed a payment. I sent them all documents requested and their response was...you can pay! i was honest and upfront that my hours were cut and will be cut even more but no help from them. avoid this heartless company!!!!

Crown Mortgage is the diamond in the rough. They are kind people who really have your best interest in mind. They understand that everybody and everyone's situation is different and they do everything they can to really help you in whatever situation you are in. And Jeff McGrath is amazing.
