I've worked with dave twice now. He is prompt courteous and very professional.
Service Manger was Tayler Jill. He is a people person and very good dealing with customers and trying to help everyone. Thank you Tayler.
Tyler Hills took excellent care of me when I needed some factory recall work. Service was quick. He was able to get me in 2 days after I received the recall notice
I love my MB and I cant give enough stars for the service i receive from Dave Kohler at Crowne MB. The best compliment i can give MB and specifically Dave is my husband gave up a company car to buy a MB to have Dave be his service rep. And while my husband's MB is new .. mine is 10+ years and over 100k on miles. And it still drives perfectly thanks to Dave.
We purchased a 2025 GLC 300 in May. We had it in for a complete software update about a month ago and just last week for an oil change at 5k miles. Dave Kohler has been our Service contact for both visits and I hope he is our guy all the time. He has taken great care of us and our vehicle and I look forward to our future visits as I am sure we will receive continued superior service.
