August 2nd week I was at Crown Benz dealership for regular maintenance, where I was going for the past 22+ years. Had 5+ Benz vehicles. Shen is my dedicated service advisor for the past 10+ years. As usual this time also he spent time and explaining the issues and remedy. He arranged loaner car and took care of the issue in time as promised. The most I like in Shen is that he has patience and is very knowledgeable. I recommend Crown Benz dealership, especially Shen .
