I called the store twice to inquire on a new Mazda for my mother. Receptionist said the phones weren’t working. Afterwards, she explained that no one was available to take my call. I never received a call back and wasn’t asked for my phone number.
Had a 5 star experience with Sonny Dela Cruz at Crown Mazda. Sonny was very knowledgeable, professional and good humoured. He was receptive to our needs and offered a perfect solution. We appreciated the “one price” policy and a no pressure environment. Go talk to Sonny, you won’t be sorry.
