I have lived here for a year and a half and the experience could not have been better. Friendly staff, clean & safe complex and the maintenance orders were always so fast! Anytime I had an issue it was fixed the very same day and all were very minor issues. Brandy and the manager, Missy are always so nice and professional. They know me by name and my apartment number when I stop in to visit or pick up packages. Could not have had a better experience at Crown Martin Park.

Property was spotlessly clean and the apartment homes were very appealing. The staff was friendly and courteous and their prices were great. Loved the two bedroom, two bath with the garage.
Super quiet. No-smoking anywhere! Maintenance quick to solve issues. Almost everyone in office is super friendly.

I really loved the apartment, Missy was great! The other office workers at the time I didn't care for. Great location and views. The only reason why I moved was because the rent jumped from $725 to almost $800.
